With a background in art history, Louise Taylor founded TAYLORED PROPERTY management in 2017 having run a successful Parisian vacation rentals business for over ten years.
“I came to Paris in 2005 with a Masters in Art History and Architecture from Trinity College Dublin. I have always been fascinated by Paris; the people, the culture, the rich architectural heritage and started out working as an au pair to an aristocratic French family with a beautiful 18th century manoir on the outskirts of the Capital.
A summer of chateaux-hopping ensued and I had the privilege of visiting some of the most beautiful apartments, castles and palazzi on the Continent and meeting the genteel ladies and gentlemen who inhabited them!
It struck me that it takes a team of very dedicated and trustworthy people to maintain a beautiful property. And so a seed was planted…

- Administration support
- Opening bank accounts
- Setting up utilities (Internet, Electricity, Gas…)
- Apartment information documents (Appliances, TV channels, garbage disposal)
- Bill payment on behalf of the owner
- Correspondence with building management company
- Oversight of maintenance contracts for AC units, gas boilers, alarm systems
- Management of leaks
- Alarm management – contact for security surveillance
- Arranging storage/transportation of furniture
WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAID
We offer three service plans. Each plan includes key holding, utilities payment oversight, cleaning and maintenance coordination and at least one monthly on-site apartment visit and verification.
BASIC – 1 apartment visit per month
PREMIUM – 2 apartment visits per month
PLATINUM – weekly apartment visit
Prices are based on the size of the apartment.
Additional specialist services such as meetings with accountants/bankers/lawyers on behalf of the client, attendance at annual syndic meetings, management of insurance claims, shopping for the owner and sourcing of art, furniture and decorative items are billed at a hourly rate.
